About

An AI company born inside a metals trader.

Most computer-vision startups try to sell into factories from the outside. We started inside the supply chain. Twenty-five years inside it.

Why PRP Exim is the right parent.

For 25 years, PRP Exim has moved ductile iron, aluminum, brass, and stainless between Indian foundries and Tier-1 buyers in Europe, Japan, Korea, and the Gulf. That history is the warm introduction every AI vendor wishes it had. Direct relationships with the exact factories now under the heaviest pressure to prove quality consistency on every shipment.

Sampled QC, AQL 1.5, and pull-and-pray inspection are dead. Buyers want every part documented under PPAP, every defect traced under IATF 16949, every shipment auditable under AS9100D. The factories know it. We are the bridge between what they ship and what the buyer will accept.

Our three core technologies, OCR, object detection, and segmentation, map onto three jobs metal plants actually perform every shift. Reading part markings off embossed and dot-peen steel. Flagging anomalies at line speed with sub-100 ms latency. Mapping defect boundaries with sub-pixel precision so the scrap, rework, or accept decision becomes automatic and tied directly to the GD&T tolerances in the Control Plan.

A standing start, by the numbers.

The moat

The data flywheel.

Every factory running our system contributes labeled metal-defect imagery no general-purpose model has access to. Those labels make our models better. Better models close more plants. More plants generate more labels. General-purpose computer vision, even from the largest companies, cannot replicate what a model trained on 14 million frames of casting, forging, and rolled surfaces from Indian and Gulf foundries already knows.
